Has anyone else become so accustomed to eating lesser amounts that if they eat more they actually feel sick?

Normally, I eat around 1200-1500 calories a day (most days it’s closer to 1200). Right now I’m on vacation, and that means I’m eating out more, which means I’m eating much more than I usually do (probably close to 2500, ack). Yesterday I had McDonald’s for lunch and IHOP for dinner. Today, I had chocolate chip muffins for breakfast, McDonald’s for lunch, and Kfc for dinner, and I just feel like I’ve been hit by a brick wall. My stomach feels awful and I feel groggy and generally shitty. Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing?

Post note, hopefully I’ll be back to normal tomorrow or the next day, since we bought groceries and I can eat normally for breakfast and lunch, and I’m only going out to eat for dinner.
