I am losing it r/loseit

I have been at this for around 6 months. I remember how it all started, cutting out the junk food and brisk walking. Soon I was counting calories and doing cardio. I got bored of cardio soon so I started strength training with a bit of cardio in the end. For the past few months, I have been hitting the gym 5-6 times a week and working out religiously for 60-80 mins. I try to keep my diet clean and lean(well I mess it up sometimes but all in all its decent). And has my body changed, oh boy. I. Fucking.Love.It. My man boobs are gone, my thighs are smaller, my arms are starting to show some gains and my calves starting to actually look calves.

But in all this, I still hold a decent amount of weight in the mid section. It bothers me. A lot. I know it shouldn't, I know i can't do spot fat reduction and cardio is all I have got to reduce that filthy amount of fat I have. Especially the lower belly and my side. It's just getting on my nerves.

I know people work out for years to get the body i have in mind(it's Brad Pitt from Fight club if anyone was wondering) and I have just started. But for some reason I am losing it a little, not the belly fat, but my mind.

So I have decided, to clean my diet even more for the next month. More fucking cardio. Will skip or jog before i sleep everyday. BUT I WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS RIDICULOUS BELLY FAT WHICH A LOT OF PEOPLE SAY IS DUE TO MY GENES AND ITS THE REASON WHY ITS HARD TO LOSE. I AINT TAKING NO FOR AN ANSWER YOU BITCH FAT. SAY BYE TO REDDIT BELLY FAT. YOU WONT BE MISSED.

I just wanted to vent it out. Thanks for listening.
