I See Results
Like What I do everyday when I wake up, I weighed myself today. And omg. My weight went down to 115.8lbs. ! I don’t even know the last time I was 115lbs. And this was my weight after I had a big cup of frozen yogurt from Sam’s, too! At 730pm! I thought I was screwed fer realz.
Wow… seems like a not-so-strict keto diet, coupled with intermittent fasting is showing results really fast.
And I need to lose a lot of pounds as much as I can this July because come August, I’m dead. It’ll be my vacation month and the end of our Biggest Loser contest at work so… if I lose a lot in July, it won’t damage me as much in August.
Maybe.
Oh well, still! Huge progress! I may actually be able to reach my goal sooner than expected, and maybe aim for an even lower weight? A healthy target weight tho so don’t worry.
Anyway, that’s it for now. Gotta go back to doing some abs and leg exercises on my bed. Haha!
