Is there a difference between golden flaxseed meal and whole ground flaxseed meal?
I'm making some 3-2-1 Keto breading, but I have whole ground flaxseed meal, not the golden flaxseed meal that the recipe calls for. They're both Bob's Red Mill brand, and I'm using them to bread pickles for frying. Is there a big taste difference between the two 'meals'?
