I found out about reddit/loseit in december 2013, started CICO and lost 70lbs in 12 months, but stopped using MFP for unknown reasons in december 2014... big mistake
I didn't care about logging and stopped weighing myself every week.. only 5 weigh-ins in 3 years.. big mistake
I tried getting back into it late 2017 but failed. Over the years I slowly gained 30lbs back, most of it I guess in 2017 because I stopped smoking cigarettes (still haven't smoked one!) and didn't care about restricting my food intake.
Finally got back into logging march 2018, lost that 30lbs in 4 months and am now back to where I left it 3,5 years ago.
What helped me find new motivation was starting a little bit of /r/bodyweightfitness training+cardio, and seeing quick results, strength wise, hope I can push through and finally get to normal weight once in my life!
It's never too late to restart! If I can do it, you can!
