My biggest weakness are without a doubt, Chips.
Oh god how much chips I used consume in a sitting if they were readily available. I was wondering if anyone was in the same boat as me, I used to be pretty much addicted to chips, especially hot ones. They take no time to cook, are easily available and taste like heaven but I had had had to cut them off for my weight loss.
I had a small victory today, I live in a household of 11, so there are other mouths to feed besides me of course. And as I was thinking about what to make for breakfast, I pass by the kitchen and see an opened large bag of limon hot Cheetos ready to be consumed. I thought to myself “well this is where my downfall is” but I successfully ignore them and grab a few ingredients from the fridge to make breakfast instead. as I open the pantry door to get a paper plate, I see yet ANOTHER LARGE BAG OF LIMON HOT CHEETOS. and at this point I’m ready to give it all up, but instead I push the bag aside and reach for the plates. I end up making toast with avocado spread and a sunny side up egg on top (about 350 calories) and it was delicious.
All in all, I’m proud I was able to resist my kryptonite, seeing as how easy it would been to slip my hand into the bag and eat a “few” (almost the whole bag) and if you’re anything like me, ignoring the chips feels insurmountably better than indulging in the chips because I always hate myself afterwards for eating them. I hope this helps or motivates any other chip lovers out there are struggling to fight the urge to eat those evil little shits.
