Let’s talk about noodles
I’m not a huge fan of zoodles or spaghetti squash. Or maybe I’m just tired of them. What are some alternatives? I’ve seen people talk about shiritake noodles but reviews about them seem mixed. Some people love them, some can’t tolerate them. Are there tricks to preparation to make them more palatable or to improve the texture? What are the best brands? Are there any other interesting noodle alternatives? I feel like I may have heard something about tofu noodles? I’m not sure. Discuss.
