Switching to cold brew coffee helped me cut out sugar from my morning cuppa joe :)
Just a quick tip. I have tried countless times to cut sugar out of my morning coffee but I just could never do it. Coffee without sugar was just too bitter for me. And I needed the coffee for the energy and sanity at work lol.
Recently switched to cold brew coffee because 1) it's been a crazy hot summer and I wanted something cold in the morning, 2) it's much easier on my digestive system since I get acid reflux, 3) super easy to make ahead of time for a quick drink on the go. An unexpected additional benefit is that I have no longer needed to add any sugar to my coffee! A splash of creamer is all I have needed. I guess the cold brew really cuts the bitterness!
Anyway, just thought I'd share. If you're like me and have never been able to successfully cut the sugar from your coffee, maybe try the cold brew! If you don't like iced coffee you can always heat it up and drink it hot!
