Status of my Gauge Girl Flex Program

This week began my 4th renewal of the  Flex Plan by Gaugegirl Training. I am still feeling very run down this week. I am still on heavy antibiotics from my tick bite to prevent Lyme Disease and I also feel like I am fighting something else and my allergies/migraines have been awful. Noting like riding the struggle bus for a few weeks!

I remain off dairy and am still incorporating Ground Flax Seed into my meals. I am still using the Traditional Medicinals Organic Weightless Cranberry Tea 3 times a day and Diurex once before bed to get rid water weight. I am continuing to take a Magnesium Supplement and a Potassium Supplement  to prevent an electrolyte imbalance. I  am also still taking  Super B Complex +  Vitamin for energy.

Since I did not really do any major cardio last week I made a promise to myself that I was going to try to get more cardio in this week. Its hard to decide how hard to push myself with all of this going on. My HIIT Boxing class is back in session and the gym also just started a Cardio Kickboxing class that a friend is teaching.

I completed my lifting program but I can tell I do not have the usual energy or strength that I do. I have had to keep my weight the same the last 2 weeks as I am just not able to lift heavier at this time.

During my weekly phone consultation with Christine she decided to put my program on hold for 2 weeks until I am finished with my antibiotics and am feeling better.  She believed that my body would put fat-loss on hold in order to recuperate and that it would be a waste of my plan time. So for now I am continuing on my current macros and exercising as much as I feel able to until I feel better and can resume my plan.

My breakfast this week consisted of an egg and two Jimmy Dean sausage links.

My lunch was Chicken Breast with a side spinach salad topped with ground flaxseed and Newman’s Own Family Recipe Italian.

For dinner I had Pork Loin with a side spinach salad topped with ground flaxseed and Newman’s Own Family Recipe Italian.

I will update my progress again once I have resumed my Flex Plan.
