Broccoli, Cheese and Tuna Casserole

3 drained cans of Starkist tuna 1/4 cup of chedder cheese 90g of steamed broccoli 3 servings of bbq pork rinds 1/2 TBSP of coconut oil 1/3 cup of broccoli stew First, place the coconut oil on baking pan and spread it. Next, use 3 cans of drained tuna and spread it across the pan. Spread the cheese across the tuna and then add the chopped broccoli. Next, use the serving of pork rinds and crush it to spread on top of the casserole. Place the casserole in a pre-heated toaster oven at 350-400 degrees for about 40 minutes. It tastes great and is very filling; the tuna is hearty and it pretty cheesy, but the two difference I'd make is to add more cheese and use sour cream instead of the broccoli stew to add with the creraminess.
