Help! How do you stay motivated? What do you do when you need to restart?

22/F/5’7/180lbs

About 3 years ago I lost 100lbs and I felt so great and proud. I made a lot of changes and I felt genuinely better about myself and my health. Recently I’ve gained back some weight though with crazy life stuff and an inconsistent schedule and I realized that the number is around 35/40lbs that I’ve gained. It’s really messing with me mentally. I’m trying to stay motivated and get back on track, but I’m just feeling so disappointed in myself. I feel like I failed somehow. And, mentally, I feel like I’m back at square one. How do you guys keep yourselves motivated so that you can stay/get back on a healthy track? And do you have any advice on how to deal with negative self-esteem issues?
