Losing weight after an eating disorder

I have EDNOS. There was a point in my life when I would refuse food for days on end, then to cry into my fourth bag of m&ms which I usually ended up throwing up. I also overexersised and cut out almost all types of food. I lost a significant amount of weight this way but I was extremely unhealthy in pretty much every sense of the word.

I'm extremely proud that I managed to overcome this but recovering did involve not exercising and eating unhealthy food quite regularly. I gained the weight back and then some which isn't awful, I have a healthy BMI but I would like to start exercising and cutting down on sweets again.

My main worry is falling back into my old habits and I know how vicious and sneaky eating disorders can be but I still want to try making my health a priority for once.

Any advice?
