Quick question about using instant Indomie mi Goreng noodle packet without the noodles (replacing them with konjac)

I love those cheap and nasty instant mi Goreng noodles. They are widely known to be addictive in Aus and NZ.

The sauce consist of the following things (in seperate packets with the noodles)

Fried shallot Chilli oil Seasoning powder ( I think garlic and onion mostly) And sweet soy sauce.

Each ingredient is about a tablespoon.

Can I still use the sauce if I skip the sweet soy sauce (it has 15g sugar). Will the seasoning powder be low carb? And would it be a good idea to substitute with regular soy sauce plus nativa sweetener?
