WTF is wrong with me. Gaining it back and can’t stop myself. Help.

Hating myself right now. Jan-Jun 2017 I went from 257 to 219 just by controlling what I ate. Not Keto etc, just cut out shit food, alcohol etc.

Then I started eating SAD again, changed to it ever so slowly. Weight stayed below 230 until about 2 months ago.

Back up to 236. I know why and I know what I need to do, but I find myself unable to get back into that mindset.

When I started in 2017, I just did it. Just like that. Didn’t miss the bad shit, didnt care anymore for it.

Just finished a plate of fried chicken. I’m just like “what the fuck am I doing.”.

I’m 43, dad of 2 little girls.

I know I don’t want to be like this, but I can’t seem to shake it this time around.

It’s bizarre.

I know it’s up to me to start, but thanks for letting me vent, anyway.

Maybe this will do it.
