30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 16

Hello folks!

I hope you're all enjoying your Sunday! My meal prep is done, I'm finishing up chores & about to make dinner. Mama's getting hangry!

Weight by end of the month 285 - 280: 285 this morning. 285.5 trend weight. This maybe what I weigh for the rest of the month at this rate. And that's okay. Rabble.

1500 ish calories: I've got dinner planned & have only had about 500 calories today. It's gonna be a good dinner. 11/15

Exercise 5 days a week: A solid two hour jaunt at the dog park. The ponds were frozen over & who knew dogs came equipped to ice skate :P 12/16

Self-care journaling: I like to do this on weekends. 2/5 weeks. We'll see about tonight.

Self-care treat once a week: I have a face mask & long, hot shower in my future. 3/5 weeks.

Embrace the holiday spirit/love journals: I wrapped the remainder of stuff I have in my house. My tiny tree is dwarfed by the present pile.
