Ingredients

2/3 cup Shredded Cheddar

2 Slices of Bacon

2 Slice of Deli Ham/Turkey

1 Cup Shredded Lettuce

2 Cherry Tomatoes

2 tbsp Kewpie Mayo

1) Gather all the ingredients.

2) Heat oven to 425F.

3) Line a baking sheet with a Silpat baking mat (parchment paper works too). Place 1/3 cup of cheddar on the Silpat baking mat to form a circle roughly 4-5 inches in diameter. Repeat with the other 1/3 cup of cheddar to make a total of two cheddar circles.

4) Bake for 6-8 minutes until cheese is bubbling and edges have slightly began to brown.

5) Meanwhile, cut bacon into small slices and cook over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towel and set aside.

6) With a knife or a slicer, shred lettuce and set aside.

7) Next, slice ham into thin slices.

8) Take tomatoes cut them in quarters.

9) When cheese is bubbling and edges are slightly brown, take it out of the oven and let cool slightly.

10) While still very warm (about 1-2 minutes), place the cheese over the bottom of an upside down glass tumbler and shape into a bowl. Leave to cool completely.

11) Place shredded lettuce, ham, bacon, tomatoes in cheese cup and drizzle with Kewpie mayo.

12) Eat it with a fork or pick it up like a taco. Either way it’s delicious!
