Ingredients

3 Slices of Bacon

30 Stings of Green Beans

2 Garlic Cloves

Sprinkle of Black Pepper

Sprinkle of Salt

2 tsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Japanese Sake (or Dry Sherry)

Sprinkle of Sesame Seeds

1) Gather all the ingredients.

2) Grind garlic with a grinder or garlic press and place into a mixing bowl. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, Japanese sake and set aside.

3) Cut the ends off green beans and set aside.

4) Cut bacon into 1/4 inch pieces and set aside.

5) In a large Teflon fry pan, place on medium heat and cook bacon until desired texture is reached. Crispy bacon would be better for this dish, which would take around 7-8 minutes.

6) Once bacon is done, transfer bacon to holding plate and majority of the oil (leave some oil for the green beans). In the same large Teflon fry pan, turn heat to high and add green beans. Sprinkle salt & black pepper, continuously stir green beans until done but still crunchy, about 2.5-3.5 minutes.

7) Add sauce mix and cook for an additional 10-20 seconds. Add bacon back in and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Transfers to serving plate.
