Eat so many vegetables and low calorie high protein foods that you don’t even have the capacity for cravings.
Lately I’ve been forcing myself to eat a crazy amount of veggies. I used to wonder how cutting was so hard and couldn’t understand how people did this. Welp I’ve finally realized that nothing but junk food at 2000 calories leaves me starving. With eating almost a pound of lean meats, beans, broccoli, carrots, etc... I don’t even have the capability of eating junk food. Even if I see a piece of cake or a slice of pizza, I’m way too full off healthy options to even eat the junk food. Hopefully this helps someone that has a problem with binge eating junk food or giving into cravings. It feels like the thoughts and tendencies are still there, but I physically cannot act on it
