I got tired of eating like crap
Hi all! I’ve been around here for awhile. About a year or so. Last December/January I hit my highest weight (334 lbs) and knew I had to change. I lost 30+ lbs by April, and was feeling great. Then, I lost my job and was unable to pay my gym membership. I’ve been pretty depressed (but managed not to gain back! Yay!) and eating really badly. Not overdoing it on calories, but just bad, greasy food.
Today, I got tired of it. I went to the grocery store and bought a bunch of fresh veggies and some chicken and other things. Tomorrow, I’m going to meal prep. I’m not doing the CICO thing just yet, mostly because I get too obsessed and it becomes unhealthy. But, I’m trying my best. Making small steps to be better.
Just wanted to share with y’all because you’re all so inspiring. Thanks for always being here, loseit community!
