IT CAN BE YOU! One step at a time!

So often we talk about the end and not about the journey. So, to everyone who looks at other people's victorious posts and thinks "when will it be me?" just know that it'll be you when it's your time. One day of good decisions followed by another day of good decisions, followed by another, etc.

If you feel like your new way of eating isn't sustainable for the long term, CHANGE IT! Is your exercise routine uninspiring? CHANGE IT! These changes are for your healthy future, not your vain present. As you shed the weight you will shed so much negativity and hopelessness. Your physical body will change, the people around you will change, and you will change on the inside.

I was a 360 pound alcoholic with high anxiety. I looked around the other day and realized that not only did I lose 100 pounds, but I lost the need to depend on alcohol, I lost the intense fear I had of social situations, and I lost the unexplainable internal sadness that had plagued me for the majority of my life.

You can do the same. It may be 10 pounds. It may be 300 pounds. It can still be YOU posting your successes. Just take it all one day at a time.
