Non-Processed Food is AMAZING
Hi all. I’m a pre-med, stressed college student, and just got home for Christmas break with my family. The first meal they gave me was a sandwich with white bread, tomato, lettuce, cheese, and light mayo. I was sick of this tho of meal when I lived with them but I can honestly say it was the tastiest thing I’ve ate in the last month. I forgot how good real food tastes. This brings me to recall my CICO times— how much better I looked and how accomplished I felt. I’m making a doctor appointment this week to get off the buffet meal plan at college so I can cook healthier meals in my dorm. I also, hopefully, will make it to the gym some over break and start getting back in that habit.
TLDR; eat a sandwich instead of McDonalds. It’s amazing.
