(RANT) Eating healthy and the daily grind dont mix
Does anybody else struggle to maintain their diet and eat well when working full time??
I feel as though it's so easy for me to eat healthier when I'm off from work. But for whatever reason, when I work an eight hour day, I crave all the worst foods and binge on them the second I get home. No matter how hydrated I am, or plan my meals, or how much sleep I get during the week, I can't help but gorge the second I come home from work.
Not just regular foods, either. Like, the worst stuff I cant find in the house.
Fast forward to the weekend, I'm fine. What gives?! Does this happen to anyone else??
