30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 18
Hello hello hello,
I'm well caffienated & ready to conquer. Give me something to punch!
Weight by end of the month 285 - 280: 285 this morning. 285.5 trend weight. Again. I'm sore in weird places so I assume some of it's water retention but damn man.
1500 ish calories: I've got 1541 planned. 14/17 (I'm not sure if this count is correct, I'll need to recheck at the end of the month.)
Exercise 5 days a week: I'm not sure what I'm going to do tonight but I'll get a sweat on. 14/18
Self-care journaling: Didn't get to it this weekend but I've got extra days off this month so we'll try for those. 2/5 weeks.
Self-care treat once a week: If I see my SO, I'm going to demand a massage. My body is sore. 3/5 weeks.
Embrace the holiday spirit/love journals: I didn't do stockings last night but I did order something online to save a friend from a best buy trip. It's a good time of year to have a free prime trial. Tonight I will consume some sort of holiday media for sure.
So, since there's 31 days this month, I think I'll do the wrap up post on the 30th, then do an extra year ending wrap up on the 31st. It's a damn fine time to look over the past year & use that knowledge to move into the new year with understanding, hope & 2-5 pounds of water weight from all the sweets. Or maybe I'm projecting... :P
