Day 02/90 - Focusing on Food
Day 02 I focused on making sure I kept my fats high. I had a meal that was egg with fried tomato in butter and bacon. It was really good too! Kept my water up and I noticed that my appetite started decreasing. Usually means I am going into keto. It was just natural to fast a while before eating. I wasn’t really very hungry when I woke up so I think I was fasted 14 hours.
