[REQUEST] How to Roast/Coat/Flavour whole almonds

I'm looking for recipes/techniques for either:

• The best way to roast almonds to that the salt sticks to them reasonably well, and you can add in spices to add some flavor variest

• How to make something akin to these, which are almonds coated in chocolate/cocoa powder and sweetener and flavor. Something that ends up like this, and NOT like this.
