SV: I Finally Did it! 100lbs gone!
Wow. What a journey this has been. I didn't think I could do it! It took some effort and at times I wanted to throw in the towel because I wasn't seeing the progress being made, but sticking to meal prepping and 3 days a week in the gym really helped and is paying off.
I was a BIG binge eater. I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. I fell for fast food restaurants $5 meal traps. I perceived them as cheap and easy meals, but they were killing me! I decided that enough was enough! I started off with Keto and lost the first 37 lbs. I was then switched to the graveyard shift where I finally had enough time to join a gym and dedicated 3 days of the week to at least going in.
If anything though, Meal prepping and sticking to my meal plans really really did the most for me. I started eating a lot healthier, less, and cheaper. It was saving me money and keeping my calorie count down. It was hard at first. I'd long and drool at the sight of big juicy burgers and crave the carby fries that I would binge, but I promised myself that this wouldn't be just a diet and that it would be a lifestyle change. So far its stuck!
Everyone on here that has posted. Your stories, your victories, your struggles help more than you know. Thank you!
Keep at it. Stick to it. You can do it!
