What are large volume but low calorie foods like salads that you enjoy?
So I love salads but lately I have been having trouble eating salads because I've been eating it for 60days.. LOL. I still think it is delicious but I would like something else to eat for a week. Mind you, I am one of those weird people that is perfectly fine with eating the same meal three times a day for a year. I am not exaggerating either.
The dressing I get is out of stock and I think I have 3-4more days before it runs out and the store said they are getting a shipment next week. Such is life. I know, I can just get another dressing but I just don't like the other ones.
Do any of you have any big volume but low calorie meals? I try to aim for 300calories or less per meal as I tend to snack throughout the day as well. And snacking is something I cannot stop.. LOL
Please give me suggestions! Or even salad variations? Anything that isnt small portion. At least medium portion would be great.
