30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 2
Hello folks,
I hope you all have had a productive Saturday. I had a measurement NSV. My hips right now are the same as my starting waist measurement. Crazy!
Weight by end of the month 268 - 265: 271.2 this morning, I suspect I was dehydrated. 274.3 trend weight.
Stay in calorie goal (net): Should be good today! 2/2
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute HIIT & 100 tbar swings. Also, I got a fitbit with a heart rate monitor. I spend a lot of time in ideal heart rate zones, huzzah! 1/2
Self-care journaling once a week & love journals once a month: I like to do this on the weekends, so I'll get after it soon! 0/4 weeks.
Self-care treat once a week: I got extra time with my SO, we tried a local coffee shop I've been jonsing to get to. Almond milk mocha for the win & they did some latte art on it. 1/4 weeks.
Practice drawing everyday: I'm about to sit down & do this, not sure what I feel like today. I had a dream about a gibbon & an ostrich, maybe I'll draw one of them. Also an albino squirrel. 2/2
