How much Swerve would you add to one scoop of Quest Multipurpose powder to sweeten it for baking?

I'm trying to make a sweet pastry/donut/cake type thing, here's what I'm doing, I've bolded where I need help with amounts:

1. 4 egg whites
2. 1 scoop Quest Multipurpose powder
3. 2 TBSP sour cream
4. x amount of vanilla extract
5. 1/4 tsp baking powder
6. x amount cocoa powder
7. x amount swerve

Also, at what temp and how long would you put it in the oven for?
