Ischoklad (ice chocolate)

A traditional Swedish Christmas candy that is simply made and can be varied to taste and is easy to ketofy.

  • 100g unsweetened baking chocolate bar
  • 100g coconut oil (solid at room temp)
  • 25g chopped pecans
  • 1/4 tsp imitation rum extract (can be foregone)
  • 6 Splenda packets or sweetener to taste

Total batch Macros - fat 168g - net carbs 11g - protein 17g - calories 1675

Put it all in a bowl, microwave for 1 min. 30 or so to make it liquid. Mix it up and pour in silicone candy molds or small ice cube trays. Let freeze for an hour.
