What to do with big bag of frozen okra?
Hi there! I’d love to take this big bag of frozen okra and do something that involves roasting it with grated Parmesan to make it nice and crispy.
Anyone got any pointers for how to easily take the chopped okra from frozen to snackable? Thanks!
(P.S. Almond flour is expensive, so I’d prefer a recipe that didn’t involve it!)
