Best deep fryer oil on keto?
I just got a deep fryer and realized I hadn't been cooking with anything other than coconut oil. I had read several places that coconut oil doesn't take to deep frying so well. So, I came here to ask fellow keto cooks what oil they use taste the best other than peanut oil or is that my only best option? Any input is appreciated...
