Help!
Hey guys, I'm 23 years old, my current weight is 203 lbs and I'm 6 feet tall.
I started my journey 50 days ago and since the beggining I've been losing 2 or 2 and a half lb per week. I have been eating 1400 calories, but since the beggining of the week I decided to change it to 1500 because I read in this sub that, as a male, I should be eating at least that amount. So, here is the problem: During this week, I haven't lose any weight. Not even 0.1 lb. I'm sure that I've been eating well (Maybe I ate 100 extra calories one day, but that's it. I didn't even reached the amount of calories that I need to mantain)
I don't know if the fact that I'm eating 100 calories more is affecting me, if my scale is just broken or if I'm doing something wrong :(
