From 100kg to 70kg then back to 90kg. I really need some help!

Ok so I really thought that I would never see 90kg again on the scale yet here we are. A few years ago I woke up one morning and decided it was time to stop complaining and start losing weight. So I did. I kept the Dukan diet for 3 months then, continue with eating healthy then I became a vegetarian for 2 years. I had my off days but I somehow managed to get to 70kg in about a year or so. I exercised from time to time but the main accent was on my diet. I still ate junk food but only once or twice a month or so. I learned to control myself and only indulge in situations like : someone’s birthday or going out to eat.

Then, I started to gradually eat fast food more often and getting a boyfriend somehow made me feel like I didn’t have to work on myself anymore. So gradually, I started to completely not care about my diet and a few years later I reached 90kg again.

In the past 2 weeks I tried tracking my calories and workout occasionally and after I weight myself this morning I was 2 kg up. I also took pictures and compare them and my belly is literally bigger than in the first photo.

I feel so demoralized and bad. I’ve read a lot about people success with calories counting and apparently this doesn’t work with me. What am I doing wrong? I really want a healthy lifestyle and to lose weight but my motivation is extremely low and I don’t know what to do anymore.

Any advice would be more than appreciated! Thank you all in advance!
