Looking for advice on calorie intake

Hello lovely community. I’m looking for some advice on my calorie intake and wondered what you would do in my situation.

I(30F, 5’1) have lost 67lbs over the last couple of years through diet and exercise. My current exercise routine is running 3x a week (5k), HIIT x2 a week and 1 yoga session a week.

I’m aware that due to my height generally my calorie intake needs to be lower than others and weight just sits differently on me. I’m currently 148lbs and it is slow going coming off this year. I have about 16lbs to go before I get into ‘healthy weight’ territory on the BMI scale. Recently, I’ve started to wonder whether I’m not eating enough and if this is why I’m struggling at this point.

Generally I try to stick to 1350 calories a day but on run days I tend to have 100-200 more. Weekends are my downfall and I often go over this number, but as I’m in a deficit sometimes during the week I always assume it balances out but I don’t know.

I’ve used a TDEE calculator but I never know whether to class myself as light or moderate exercise, either way it says I can have so many calories which feels counterintuitive? Do I need to just change my mindset and increase for a while to see what happens? Thanks for any advice :)
