I don’t understand
I’m 5’8 and weight 175lbs. I was almost 199lbs a couple of years ago and I’ve been able to sustainably drop my weight. I’ve raced triathlons, ranked top 10 in several races and workout almost every day. Recently I’ve had a really hard time keeping up with the motivation of what I thought was a settled lifestyle. I binge eat and then train harder to compensate and the cycle continues...
This is not sustainable nor healthy and I don’t know what to do. I feel sad because I put time and effort cooking and working out to let it all go to waste by eating a whole bag of almonds and raisins. I just did that and feel sick to my stomach and I don’t understand why I did it. I wasn’t hungry I just had to keep eating...
Does anyone else feel like this? How do you cope with it?
