Tips for soft chewy cookies

Hello ketoers!

I'm planning to make chocolate chip cookies this weekend and I'm hoping they turn out soft and chewy. do any of you have any tips regarding almond or coconut flour ratios as well as any other ingredients I may want to incorporate into my recipe to make this happen? Thanks so much in advance!
