How to make cauliflower that doesn’t smell like death?
So I’ve never been a fan of cauliflower, but the other night at Longhorn I tried their new roasted cauliflower side, (ask for no breadcrumbs, it’s remarkably keto), and it was amazing. Since then I’ve tried not once, not twice, but three times to make roasted cauliflower, and I just can’t stomach the smell. Even my dog, who usually loves my cooking, was giving me the shameful eyes. Gut instinct says I’m overcooking it, leading to the sulfurous aroma. But how do I roast it and get those yummy brown bits without the stench? I’ve tried fresh and frozen. Please help.
