Tracking homemade recipes correctly

Hoping for help with tracking and figuring out the macros for a homemade soup.

I’m making a low carb version of my favorite soup Greek avogolemono chicken soup. I’ll put my recipe here hoping for help with figuring out my macros.

Servings: around 5 (ish)

Whole chicken (5lbs) 1 cup carrot chopped .5 cup onion chopped 4 garlic cloves (pressed) 5 whole eggs (large) Juice of 2 lemons 10 cups water

Simmer whole chicken, garlic, onion and carrot in water until meat is cooked through and coming off the bone.

Remove chicken. Shred meat discarding skin and bones. Reserve.

Whisk eggs till foamy and add lemon juice (whisking continuously). Temper egg mixture with about 3 ladles of warm soup. Then add egg mixture back to the pot. Cook on lower heat thickening the soup then add back shredded chicken.
