Few questions about losing weight
Hi there! First at all I want to apologize in advance for some grammar mistakes since english is not my main language.
Now my question, I´m looking to lose some weight I´m 213 pounds at a time (97-98kg) and I´m about 6 ft 1 in (185cm) , 24 years old and want to lose 45 pounds (20kg)
I´m working out with heavy weights 5 - 6 times a week and my workout lasts 45 minutes +/-.
First question is, I found soooo many calculators of how much kcal I should eat per day, some say I should eat 1800kcal per day, som say 2200kcal a some 2800kcal... I´m trying to fit inside 2000kcal per day, is that enough or should I eat more/less?
Next question is, there is many diet plans on internet, keto, dash, paleo etc. and my question is, are some diets more effective as others or they all make you lose same weight is you are in same kcal deficit? Let´s say for example I will by in 500kcal deficit on keto and 500kcal deficit on any other diet that is not low carb, would I lose same amount of fat? I think it´s logical that way and that I should chose diet plan that I can stick with even after losing weight to not get it back.
At last I want to say that I understand I won´t lose all that fat that I´ve been "growing" for years in months or two, I just want to be on good way!
