Fried Fish “Breading”
Grew up eating Wisconsin fish fries and have been trying to find something close while on Keto. I have been tinkering with this recipe all spring and feel like I have it pretty dialed in. Just made fish tonight for my family (picky kids) and everyone devoured it. Give it a try. Hope you like it.
1 cup crushed pork rinds 1/4 cup coconut flour 2T Lawry Seasoned Salt 1t Old Bay
Mix all of the ingredients together. Lightly coat your filets. I cooked these in 340 degree peanut oil until the filets were floating. Delicious.
