I cut out sugar, dairy, and carbs; found myself smelling bread at the store today.
My routine has been shaken to the core. No morning coffee, no sugar snacks, no bread and butter... It's such a jarring difference in my eating habits that I'm fantasizing about dirty foods. It's a lean protein and tons of vegetables meal plan, which is obviously healthy as hell, but I'm waiting for my body to get through the sugar detox to start feeling good. I'm just glad I have a place to come to commiserate/get motivated in this community. But I definitely did linger in the bakery section for a few minutes just smelling the fresh loafs... Then trudged over the to the frozen vegetables.
Anyway, thank you to everyone who posts here and lets me lurk and gain strength when I want to eat a block of cheese like a snake.
