I’m the lowest weight I’ve been since October 2018! F/19/5’9/218.2

In January I was at my highest weight of 231.8 and since then I’ve lost 13.6 pounds (I weighed in this morning at 218.2). The last I’ve been below 220, was in October of 2018 and the last I was in the 100’s was in November of 2017. I’ve been seeing a personal trainer at least 3 times a week, tracking my caloric intake, along with some fasting here and there. When I truly “started” on April 24th, I was 227.2 pounds, so in just a little over a month I’ve lost 9 pounds. Which I think is really great, especially since I had several days in May where I wasn’t tracking (I had my birthday and several parties), so I know that next month I’ll be able to have next to no cheat days so I’ll lose even more. I’ve never felt more motivated. I’m so proud of myself.
