Lost five pounds!
I just weighed myself with my parents' balance scale and found I had lost more than I thought! I'd been having trouble, kind of bouncing back and forth although I had lost a few pounds, but this weekend visited a friend worked on my rental house, and went canoeing on Sunday. So I was busy and had company at night. Now I've finally gone under the 5-lb mark! Thank you all for your suggestions in my other post. I've been much better overall by taking your advice!
As a side: I'm new to Reddit and I'm old, 60, so none of this comes naturally. Could someone point me to directions to put my statistics of weight, goal weight, etc, next to my name?
