Moving house and excavating my fat logic from younger age
So last fall I lost a whole bunch of weight, but due to poor health (including hair loss) I maintained my loss for six months and now I'm back at a deficit with upped protein intake. I think I have it figured out considering I haven't fallen off the wagon all this time.
There was a time I did not have it figured out and there's a whole bunch of evidence under the spider webs.
Highlights:
Chromium supplements to curb my sweet tooth (yeah right)
Tea to boost my metabolism (facepalm) I mean it has caffeine so...
Balance board to get "exercise" while watching tv, used twice
Expired metabolism boosting salad dressing (I don't even know)
Anti-bloat supplements (dunno what they are called in english)
Various exercise equipment I lost interest in a week
That's off the top off my head, there was other stuff too but I'm dead tired and can't remember now.
Yeah, it took some tries to get it right.
Btw packing and cleaning burns a surprising amount of calories. I'm absolutely spent and my clothes are falling off. Two days to get this done. Pls send help.
