one of my favorite fat bomb recipes

I don't know how well the idea of fat bombs goes over here (at r/keto some had an issue with it) but since some people like to eat them now and then, I thought I'd post it

4 TBSP butter

2 TBSP coconut oil

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/16 tsp each of ginger, clove, nutmeg, and allspice

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/4-1/2 tsp swerve or other sweetener (I use 1/4)

1 TBSP cocoa nibs (optional, from Trader Joe's)

melt oil and butter and add pumpkin. Whip until creamy and add remaining ingredients. Divide in an ice tray or drop by spoonfuls on wax paper and refrigerate or freeze. (I freeze and take out a couple a few mins before I want to eat them)

I have a silicone ice tray that is divided into 21 bits, but you can divide it how you want and figure out your serving stats.
total recipe stats (differs if you substitute sweetener)- calories 778, net carbs 4.9g, protein 4g, fat 79g
