2 years and 60 pounds lost. Still ugly, but smaller clothes now
I hit 296 pounds. I'm now 236. Took 2 years. I've been sober for 4 months now.
I don't really have anyone to tell, so here you go reddit
My best advice is:
Finding a work out routine you enjoy. Working out should be fun.
Cut out junk food / booze (especially booze).
Not all fast food is bad. Just stay away from french fries and sugary soda. A double cheese burger has a fuck ton of good nutrients in it (imo).
Take an organic multivitamin
Don't eat past a certain hour at night
It's a life style change, so it's something you gotta work at pretty much everyday
Don't think your life is going to be awesome after losing weight. I was ugly fat, and I'm still ugly just a bit thinner now. Girls still be like "eww"
Your skin becomes a lot clearer when working out. Drink a shit ton of water
Pretty much it, have fun.
