30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 10

Hello losers,

It snowed over yonder. A vintage Navy pea coat a friend gave me last year fits! It did not this time last year or even in June! So I'm not freezing my tucus off, huzzah!

Weight by end of month (223 - 219 lbs): 224.2 lbs this morning, 225.4 trend weight. I had cauliflower rice stir fry with imitation crab & soy sauce last night. No regrets but water weight ahoy.

Stay in calorie goal (weekly average): 1542 planned today my friends. 8/10 days.

Exercise 5 days a week: HIIT, assuming the commute home isn't on fire like it usually is the first snow of the year. 9/10 days.

Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week): None today. 5/13 days.

Self-care time (drawing, journaling, face masks, other moments of non food indulgence): Tonight my goal is to workout, start dinner, clean the floors, go through some clothes & then the usual bedtime routine. I'll have some help but it's still a tall order!

Practice drawing with pencils/art supplies: I'll hit this up before bed, in a perfect world! 5/10 days

Try a new recipe once a week: I'm thinking a lentil & beef stew for next week's meal prep. I also have frozen banana I need to try to craft into banana "nice-cream". I could also try to tinker with a mug cake recipe I've been eyeing for a while. 2/5 weeks.
