CICO is working and helping my relationship with food!
I am so excited! I’m down about 6 pounds in 2 weeks! Using Lose it to track my calories is so easy and I don’t feel unreasonably restricted.
I’m finding that when I eat foods I normally consider “cheat” foods or “junk” foods I’m easily able to adjust the rest of my day to make it work.
I’m also binge free for the first time in months and it’s so freeing.
I also feel confident in trusting the process. I know if I’m logging everything I’m consuming and if I’m at a deficit I will lose, nothing magical, just science. So I don’t feel the need to get on the scale manically all day long.
