So it is time I fessed up. I’ve officially reached my highest ever weight and I am over it. Above is a link to my recent photos taken by my personal trainer and I’ve taken my measurements.
Unfortunately I’ve been struggling with my anxiety and depression the past few months, it’s been a really rough tike. I’ve recently started on a new medication which is starting to help a bit and I am also seeing a psychologist every three weeks. Food has been a coping method for my anxiety and depression for many years now. In 2015/2016 I managed to go from 205lbs to 163lbs but unfortunately since then I’ve gained a significant amount of weight (with some help from a pregnancy).
I’ve been experiencing a lot of side effects from my weight gain (back pain, my asthma, sex drive and self esteem are at an all time low). I have decided that my daily caloric goal will be 1600 and I want to try a keto + IF approach to my diet. Any advice is welcome!
